Cultural Gifts - Donate Art

Many galleries and institutions around Australia will welcome donations of art if it fits in with their curatorial policies and if their is a special connection to place.

The Australian Government provides significant tax incentives to people donating works through the Cultural Gifts Program. 

​

We have donated works to the Cairns Regional Gallery and to the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery under the program.  It is very satisfying to assist galleries (who often have extremely limited funding) expand their collections.

 

I am an approved valuer under this program and a former member of the expert panel which reviews the proposed gifts.
